Make Money Online 2010 Without Adsense
In 2010, Google Adsense is expected to be the leading revenue source of contextual advertising for Webmasters. However, as more and more websites display Adsense ads in the websites and the strict terms and conditions for Google, publishers have seen increased challenges to raise their revenues. Many webmasters ask us if we can recommend Google Adsense Alternative networks so that they can earn more revenue from their websites.
A lot of Adsense Alternative networks want a slice of your traffic. And they are willing to pay big bucks to you.
Most publishers only know Google Adsense. Actually, there is much of hidden money that the webmasters do not discover. They love to research which keywords can let Google to display the high bid price advertisement. But they often miss that they can also get high CPC/CPM ads from Adsense Alternative networks like Adbrite, Clicksor, Infolink, etc.
Most Google Adsense Alternative Networks gives publishers a great deal of management over the ads. Publishers can control ads to be served and default ads to rotate different ad networks advertisement.
My Experiments with Adsense Alternatives Networks
My Adsense account has been suspended since July 2009. The following was the email that Google sent to me:
From: Google Adsense adsense-adclicks-noreply@google.com
Subject: Google Adsense Account Disabled
Date: July 23, 2009 10:18:00 AM EDTHello,
While going through our records recently, we found that your AdSense account has posed a significant risk to our AdWords advertisers. Since keeping your account in our publisher network may financially damage our advertisers in the future, we’ve decided to disable your account.
Please understand that we consider this a necessary step to protect the interests of both our advertisers and our other AdSense publishers. We realize the inconvenience this may cause you, and we thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
If you have any questions about your account or the actions we’ve taken, please do not reply to this email. You can find more information by visiting https://www.google.com/adsense/suppor /bin/answer.py?answer=57153&hl=en_US.
Sincerely,
The Google AdSense Team
At that moment, I was shocked because Adsense was my main online revenue (I earned near $300 daily). I contacted Google through E-mail, Phone and Fax. Unfortunately, I could not reach anyone. Finally, I posted my situation in some webmaster forums. Lots of webmasters had the same problem. Even though they did not have invalid click activity, rent publisher ID, copy content from another website, copy html code, have keyword stuffing, participate in Adsense click rings or post at adult content, Google banned their account without any reason. A webmaster suggested me to join one of Adsense Alternatives – Adbrite.com.
I signed up with Adbrite in September 2009, starting small by serving Adbrite off just a few of my pages.
By the end of the day, I delivered several thousand Adbrite impressions — which netted me the princely sum of… $14.56. While I didn’t see a great deal of potential based on this initial figure compared with Adsense, I figured it couldn’t hurt to place Adbrite code on more pages. Immediately, I began experimenting with my Adbrite ads, testing various placement and colors to see if my assumptions would hold water. In addition, over the period of a couple months, I increased my impressions to 200,000 daily. The results were so fantastic: my income shot up to $400 per daily!
However, I didn’t still satisfy my online revenue. I kept to search other Adsense Alternative networks. I finally added the ad code of Clicksor, Infolinks and Bidvertiser into my websites. My revenue boiled up, and I was amazed by my earning, which was tripled compared with Adsense revenue.
Today AdSense Alternative Netwoks take care of my car payment, mortgage, cable bills and a whole lot more besides.
My advice to you
Don’t be passive about your AdSense Alternative income; work hard to increase it. But before you try out that hot new idea you read about at an Internet Forum, be sure to check out AdSense Alternative Networks TOS. Some web publishers have forever relinquished their AdSense Alternative paychecks, just because they were too busy to pay attention to something so fundamental. For many Internet site owners, AdSense Alternative Networks are like the goose that lays the golden egg. Take good care of your goose — don’t slaughter it in the mad rush to increase your AdSense Alternative Networks income!
